Jeremy's Place, Inc. is an environment that provides a daytime setting for the elderly and disabled adults. Our services include health care management, social and recreational activities, memory exercises, skill building, nutrition enrichment, community enrichment, family support, and case management.

The instructional day program will provide a range of instructional and therapeutic activities. These activities aim to promote rehabilitation and development in all areas of daily living including social skills, money management, self-awareness, food and nutrition, and community integration.
Your family members are closely monitored and given a home away from home experience.

Schedule a
Meet & Greet
We look forward to meeting you. Schedule a 30 minute virtual meet and greet. This meeting will be considered a professional meet and greet with the administrative staff to learn more about programming and answer questions that may not have been answered via the website or phone.
